PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker having a fixture for surely fixing an electric cable to the inner part of a lid. SOLUTION: This rice cooker 1 comprises a box-shaped housing part 12 for housing a circuit board 11 on the upper plate 5 of the lid 4 so as to protrude inward. A fixture 13 for fixing the electric cable 14 of the circuit board 11 leaded out from the housing part 12 along the bottom outer surface 12a of the housing part 12 is provided on the upper plate 5 of the lid 4.
