PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food display stand used in a salad bar for displaying a food in the state kept at a prescribed temperature. SOLUTION: This display stand comprises tables 4 and 5, cold reserving vessels 8 each having an opening on the upper surface for cold reserving foods attachably and detachably inserted to the tables, and a brine cooling circuit 12 for cooling the cold reserving vessels in the tables.
