<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing and separating apparatus for gypsum boards for recycling waste gypsum boards or legally treating the gypsum boards as wastes, which is capable of facilitating the workability in a supply step carrying out pulverization treatment of the gypsum boards simultaneously with separation of paper sheets stuck to both faces of the gypsum boards from the gypsum, the main component, and obtaining gypsum free from paper after the pulverization. SOLUTION: In a twin-shaft type roll crushing apparatus, a feeding means 6 is horizontally installed in the side face of the apparatus, crushing rolls 1 on the opposite to each other are vertically arranged to make it possible to horizontally supply a gypsum board, a scrapping mechanism is composed by utilizing auxiliary rolls 2 which are enabled to efficiently function interlockingly with the crushing function utilizing the difference in the crushed shapes of the gypsum and paper sheets, and a separating mechanism is composed by utilizing a combtooth-shaped screen 3.</p> |
