PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot press method which doesn't need cutting after burning, excellent in productivity and a method for manufacturing a ceramic element with a desirable shape which is difficult to obtain by cutting, without using an ultra hard cutter such as diamond cutter, with high productivity and at low cost. SOLUTION: A block 10 is cut into a desirable shape, after a lamination block 10 is formed by arranging plural unburned green sheets 4 between every BN sheet 6 as a first release agent layer. The block 10 is cut into the desirable shape, and as a result, cut groove clearances 12a and 12b are formed. Thereafter, a slurry liquid 20 of an organic solvent containing release agent particles is poured into the cut groove clearances 12a and 12b to form second release agent layers. The resultant laminated body block 10a is burned while being pressed. |
