<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas generator for an air bag capable of surely supporting and fixing a coolant means and capable of preventing a short pass of operating gas while being a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this gas generator for the air bag for discharging the operating gas for inflating the air bag by actuation, the coolant means arranged in a cylindrical housing is brought into close contact and/or supported at the outer peripheral edge of the end part (m) with/by a bending part or a step part formed on an upper end part inside surface and/or a lower end part inside surface of the cylindrical housing.</p> |
