PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold the sheet P in a standing state only by holding a lower end of the sheet P at a sheet reversing part of the sheet P in a reversing conveying unit used in double-side printing. SOLUTION: A sheet reversing part in a reversing conveying unit has a waving forming means by mounting a collar 43 of a diameter larger than a diameter of a driving roller 39 or a driven roller 42 on one of the driving roller 39 or the driven roller 42 of a pair of sheet conveying rollers 35, whereby curved deformation part 44 of waveform in the width direction of the paper P is formed long in the conveying direction along the positions of the waving forming means, as a result a free end side of the sheet P can stand by self-supporting even when only a lower end of the sheet P is held by the driving roller 39 and the driven roller 42.
