PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified packaging container for spraying agricultural chemicals, which can be used as a packaging container, and at the same time, can be used as a spraying utensil as well. SOLUTION: For this packaging bag 1 for spraying agricultural chemicals, one end in the longitudinal direction of a rectangle formed of a sheet-form packaging material such as paper, aluminum foil or a plastic film is made into the bottom. In such a packaging bag 1, at a sealed section 21 to form the bottom of the bag 1, a cutting line 6 which extends in the width direction of the bag is provided. In this case, the sealed section 21 is formed in such a manner that when the bag 1 is cut along the cutting line 6, a spraying port 7 which is suitable for spraying of a packaged matter may be opened.
