PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine mounting bracket in a structure capable of reducing a cabin noise of a car. SOLUTION: In this structure formed by connecting the engine mounting bracket 4 by a sheet-metal bracket 5 and a cast bracket 6, a large diameter hole 16 is formed on one side and a small diameter hole 17 of a diameter different from the diameter of the hole 16 is formed on the other side of the channel- shaped flat surface parts 5a of the sheet metal bracket 5 opposed to each other so that the rigidities of the opposed surfaces are made different from each other. Thereby, the resonant frequencies on the flat surface parts 5a are made different and eigen values are increased, whereby preventing the simultaneous vibration of both flat surface parts 5a so that a sound pressure level can be lowered. Thus, the noise can be reduced.
