PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outlet valve device for ensuring the opening operation of valves for exhausting air to the outside when a-n indoor air pressure is higher than an outdoor air pressure and achieving smooth opening/closing of a door, having a less number of components for easy assembly. SOLUTION: Upper and lower inclined opening portions 8, 9 in two stages are provided in a case 7 and hole portions 24, 42 of fixed portions 25, 40 at the upper ends of valves 21, 22 are hooked on locking pawls 19, 26 at the upper sides of the openings. Holding portions 17, 28 corresponding to the locking pawls are bent at hinge portions 16, 29 so that their engagement holes 18, 28 are locked to the locking pawls, and the valves are mounted thereon to close the opening portions with their own weights. The case in which the valves are mounted is fixed to a reinforcing panel 6 with its upper and lower locking members 35, 36. Thus, the valves normally closing the opening portions in a well sealing manner with their own weights smoothly open them when an indoor pressure is higher than an outdoor pressure, ensuring exhausting operation to the outside.
