PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous label sheet in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive is prevented from being spread from tear-off perforations and accurate folding action can be guaranteed. SOLUTION: The continuous label sheet consists of a number of label sheets 5 in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive 3 is provided on the back surface of the label piece 2 and this is covered with a release paper 4 with the approximately same size as the label piece 2 and which are continuously connected with each other through tear-off perforations 6a and 6b and by providing the coated region of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 3 on the back surface of the label piece 2 so as to be separated from the tear-off perforations 6a and 6b on one side and to be close to the tear-off perforations 6a and 6b on another side, the uncoated part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive positioned by pinching the tear-off perforations 6a and 6b is provided so as to be deviated on one side of the tear-off perforations 6a and 6b.
