PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance welding machine capable of welding a bottom plate or the like to a side frame without hindrance by the turning-in part of the inside of the side frame in a sheet metal work such as a box. SOLUTION: In the resistance welding machine in which members 1, 5 to be welded are pressed and subjected to electric current between the upper and lower welding tips 22, 31, an offset part 23 deviated from the central axis is formed in a welding holder 21 holding the upper welding tip 22 and further, respective welding tips 22, 31 are rotated around these central axes.
