摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for supplying molten metals which efficiently preheats the vicinity of a molten supply gate and prevents molten metals in the neighborhood of the molten supply gate from solidifying and adhering. SOLUTION: The invention relates to an apparatus for supplying molten metals A to an injection sleeve 19 which injects molten metals into a casting mold. Firstly each molten metal level At, As, Ak is lifted up to the point that an upper limit level detection sensor of the molten metal 23 detects by an up- and-down member of the molten metal 13, enabling the molten level Ak inside the molten pipe 17 to arrive at the vicinity of the molten supply gate 20. A temperature sensor 27 detects a temperature of the molten metal A in the neighborhood of the molten supply gate 20 and if the temperature detected becomes higher than a solidifying temperature of the molten metal A, the molten level Ak shall be lowered. Then a molten supply time T when the molten level Ak rises to the vicinity of the molten supply gate 20 shall be measured by a time switch 29. By repeating the above operations, preheating is completed when the molten supply time T goes over the molten supply hour under a successive operation.
