The linking described above is released and the unit 30 is raised along the existing built strut 24 by the mobile device 31, and the unit 30 is made flexible in a horizontal direction depending on the interval of the existing built strut 24, the unit 30 is linked to the crest of the existing built strut 24 by the lifting means 34 and the cycle of building a strut elongating member 29 lifted up from the structural base 44 is repeated in the erection space 33 and the strut is elongated.
