PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epock-making block hang-up device having high merchandise value. SOLUTION: The block hang-up device is so constituted that cam bodies 3 equipped with locking surfaces 2 locked from the insides of side walls of a concrete U-shaped ditch block 1 are pivoted to a hang-up body 4 and that the cam bodies 3 are pivoted outward to push and lock them to the side walls of the U-shaped ditch block 1 when a hang-up section 5 of the hang-up body 4 is hung up to make it possible to hang up the U-shaped ditch block 1, it is constituted by arranging the locking surfaces 2 of the cam bodies 3 in a plurality of up and down stages in a state to project at least two or more locking areas 6A to the end faces of the cam bodies 3 further than non-locking areas 6B arranged between the locking areas A, and when the cam bodies 3 are pivoted outward so that the downward locking areas 6A are locked with the side walls of a plurality of U-shaped ditch blocks 1 with different widths, each shape of the locking surfaces 2 is set so that the upward locking areas 6A are not locked with the side walls of the U-shaped ditch block 1.
