PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated surface protecting method capable of preventing the damage of a coating film when supporting a coated surface. SOLUTION: In the case a block 4 coated in a coating site is stored, a plywood plate 2 is placed on a supporting body 1 and a sheet 3 having a releasable layer is arranged so that the releasable layer faces the coated surface 5 to prevent the sticking of the coating film on the sheet and the damage of the coating film.
