PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing and transporting apparatus capable of packing and housing grain husk transported by air blow in packing bags without causing environmental problems, transporting the packed husk, and spreading the grain husk to paddy fields and farms. SOLUTION: A rectangular parallelepiped frame 1 is composed of a rectangular bottom frame 2, vertical frames 6, and a rectangular upper part frame 8 installed in the upper part, castors 13 are attached to the frame 1, rectangular parallelepiped frame bodies 15 are installed on the top, a rectangular and long box-like body 20 is fitted in the center part 16, a circumferential ledge 21 comprising lateral ledges 23 is fitted in the inner circumference of the lower parts of the rectangular frame bodies 15, closing plates 25 to freely open or close an opening 24 between the lateral ledges 23 in the opening in the bottom part of the rectangular and long box-like body 20 are installed in the deep sides 23a of the lateral ledges 23 in freely rotatable manner, a rectangular filter frame body 31 in which a filter 30 is installed is mounted on the rectangular parallelepiped frame bodies 15 for attaching grain husk bags in both sides of the rectangular and long box-like body 20, and a means 35 for attaching a grain husk feeding pipe 34 to the end part 33 in the front side of the rectangular and long box-like body 20 is formed to constitute the apparatus for packing grain husk such as rice husk in bags and transporting the grain husk.
