PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a strategic property by a player in a game device and a game method adopting the subject of a throwing game and a bingo game. SOLUTION: With this game device, it is competed to hit a plurality of targets 2a-2i with a ball 7. The targets 2a-2i are respectively provided with intrinsic identifiers 1-9 and the targets are arranged in the step shape of three columns so as to hit some of a plurality of pieces of the targets with the ball 7 by one throw. Then, a control circuit 37 stores the identifiers 1-9 relating to the targets 2a-2i by correlating the identifiers to the matrix array of bingo, stores the identifier of the target hit with the ball 7 as a hit and computes winning corresponding to the arrangement of the hit inside the matrix array. The plurality of targets 2a-2i can be aimed at by one throw and the strategic property to the player P is improved.
