PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe capable of providing a good wearing feeling and being useful for health maintenance by pressuring meridian point of a sole in the Oriental medicine, by arranging a plurality of air cells on the inner surface of a shoe sole to correspond to a foot shape depending on a user, keeping pressure distribution of the entire foot optimum by adjusting the inner pressure, and providing a suitable cushion property. SOLUTION: The shoe is operated by a stepping face to the heel part of the shoe sole. An air cell 21, an air tank 6, and a secondary battery 9 are connected to a cell selector 4, an air pump 7, and a generator 8, respectively. A pressurizing solenoid valve 10 or a depressurizing solenoid valve 11 is operated by an operation of a remote control 15 using an output signal of a computer 13 to set the inner pressure of a plurality of air cells, a pressure sensor 12 measures the inner pressure of the cells after removal of the remote control 15, and the computer 13 drives the pressurizing solenoid valve 10 or the depressurizing solenoid valve 11 so as to provide a set inner pressure. Thus, the set valve for the good wearing feeling is held.
