PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior equipment mounting structure capable of efficiently preventing the direct application of the impact action to a part of an occupant's body from a car body structural member, and improving the impact preventing performance without particularly changing an existing structure. SOLUTION: This structure is used for buffering the impact force acting on the equipment 11 projected inside of a car, and provided with structures 13, 15B for deforming mounting parts 11, 15 of the equipment 11 in the direction different from the impact force acting direction.
