PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacturing defectless seamless capsules in a method for manufacturing the seamless capsules of a spherical shape formed by coating packing materials, such as drugs, with a film material, such as gelatin. SOLUTION: The liquid film material is stored in a tank 5 at a low temperature and is supplied to a concentric multiple nozzle 4 in the state of heating up the film material to a prescribed temperature by gradually heating the film material during the course of transferring the material to the concentric multiple nozzle 4. As a result, the deterioration of the film material and the excessive degradation in its viscosity are prevented. When the liquid packing material and film material flow out of the concentric multiple nozzle 4, vibration is applied to the flow of these materials, by which the flow is cut to pieces and the liquid drops arranged with the packing material at the center and the film material at the outer side are formed. These liquid drops are dispersed into the curing liquid stored in a curing vessel 21 and are gently lowered in this state, by which the surface of the film material is cured and the seamless capsules are formed. |
