PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent waterproof sheet, which can maintain a good water proof performance for a long period with high strength durability against a wind pressure, and a waterproofing method by using the sheet. SOLUTION: At least front and back sides of a sheet are formed of layers 1 and 2 made of an olefinic resin mainly composed of a polypropylene and of a high polymer material whose principal ingredient is an olefinic thermo- plastic elastomer composed of an ethylene-propylene rubber.
