摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for fabricating a negative pole active material for a lithium secondary battery and a method for fabricating the negative pole active material using the same are provided to improve the filling density of a battery and enhance a charge capacity and an initial charge and discharge efficiency by controlling the particle size of a powder during a process for reducing a source powder of a natural graphite or a Kish graphite and having a shape similar to a circular shape to the power. CONSTITUTION: A carbon material inlet connected with an air inlet is composed in a lower portion of a cylindrical vessel frame(10), and an air outlet is composed in an upper portion of the cylindrical vessel frame(10). An impeller(22) is installed in a lower portion of the cylindrical vessel frame(10), and is connected by the first driving axis driven by the first rotation unit for performing a rotational motion and has a plurality of wedges at its end portion for reducing a carbon material inputted to a carbon material inlet. A circular disk(18) is composed in the cylindrical vessel frame(10), and performs the rotational motion and an up-and-down reciprocating motion by a driving force of the second rotation unit composed at the outside of the cylindrical vessel frame(10) for pressing the reduced carbon material.
