PURPOSE: A system and method for studying a monitor top type simulation based on the Internet is provided to enhance curiosities by performing a preschool education through the medium of a computer. CONSTITUTION: In an Internet simulation learning system being connected to at least one computer-controlled simulation device and comprising a learner client having a learning agent and a learning server being connected to the client through the Internet, the learning agent is operated(S10). Character information responded to learning information and the simulation device is downloaded from the learning server(S12). Each simulation device is registered as each specific character based on the downloaded character information(S14). A learner responds to contents being provided from the learning agent based on the learning information(S20). The learner's response is decided(S22). An operation being responded in accordance with the decision result is performed by driving the simulation device(S24).
