PURPOSE: A RPM(Revolution Per Minute) controller of an air conditioner compressor in a vehicle is provided to maintain an RPM of a compressor according to change of an engine RPM. CONSTITUTION: A RPM controlling device of an air conditioner compressor for a vehicle comprises a first cone shaped pulley(13) connected to an engine(10) by a rotating ring(11) and a joint(12); a spring(14) elastically installed on a rear portion of the first cone shaped pulley; a second cone shaped pulley(15) geared with the first cone shaped pulley; a hydraulic cylinder(16) moving the second cone shaped pulley left and right; an RPM sensor(17) attached to the hydraulic cylinder; a control unit(18) operating a solenoid valve by receiving a sensing signal of the RPM sensor; and an air conditioner compressor(20). Thereby, the RPM controlling device of the air conditioner compressor maintains an RPM of the compressor according to change of an engine RPM.
