CONSTITUTION: A car circulating model is improved by controlling a car evaluation, a car approval, a direct transaction, and a client management for embodying an electronic commercial transaction method of used cars. A selling client(210) and a buying client(310) use a service through the Internet. Vehicle maintenance agencies(220,320) receive selling and buying requests of the selling client(210) and a buying client(310) and check a car and evaluate a price thereof and guarantee the car and repair the car and perform a moving agency and guarantee an engine and a transmission of the car for one year. A head office(100) makes a user connect to the vehicle maintenance agencies(220,320) and performs a price receipt and insurance service and stores document related to the price payment and guarantees an engine and a transmission of the car for one year.
