PURPOSE: A track analyzer and a compensating method of an inclination for a vehicle are provided to improve the reliability of a track analysis by compensating acceleration by gravity. CONSTITUTION: A supporting member(a) is installed in an XY plane of a vehicle with an acceleration sensor to maintain a specific angle. A yaw rate sensor(b) is installed in an optional position of the supporting member. The installed plane of the yaw rate sensor is maintained at the specific angle with the installed plane of the acceleration sensor. An inclination of a vehicle is calculated by signals from the sensors and gravity acceleration and acceleration of the vehicle are analyzed. Thereby, the reliability for the speed calculation and the track calculation are secured.
