SOLUTION SYNTHESIZING APPARATUS USEFUL FOR SOL-GEL PROCESS

PURPOSE: A solution synthesizing apparatus useful for sol-gel process is provided, therefore the desired solution is produced by minimizing the exposure of the solution to metal alkoxide and air. CONSTITUTION: The solution synthesizing apparatus consists of a flask having multiple penetration holes and producing sol-gel solution by reacting initial substances with solvents; and a distillation apparatus which is connected with the flask, and cools and distills gas produced by heating the initial solution. Wherein, the initial substances and solvents are added through the penetration holes comprising a cylinder having opening and closing means within its channel; and the distillation apparatus comprises a distilling pipe connected with the flask, a cooling pipe which contains coolant and is positioned at the distilling pipe, and a pump which circulates coolant in the cooling pipe.
