PURPOSE: An Internet on-line delivering relay service is provided to transmit delivery requesting information from a delivery client to an Internet on-line delivery relay service company and to transmit information of a delivery processing result from a delivery man to the delivery relay service company in on-line by using an API module provided from the Internet on-line delivery relay service company without constructing each independent delivery related system between the delivery client and the delivery man. CONSTITUTION: An eAMServer charges a communication to a shopping mall. An eADServer charges a communication to a delivery company. The eADServer loads dserver.ini as an environment variable. The eAMServer loads a mserver.ini as an environment variable. A server provides a queue for a transaction of a client portion. An API provides an API function using a library developed by the C language. A library API function is provided through a JNI for supporting a JAVA base environment.
