PURPOSE: A non-stage transmission is provided to actively shift and deliver power without an additional electronic clutch or rearward circuit and to reduce a producing cost by simplifying structure. CONSTITUTION: A non-stage transmission comprises an output shaft(12) of a hollow connected to a side of a carrier(11); an interlock shaft(14) of the hollow engaged with the other side of the carrier; an input shaft(13) rotatably supported in the output shaft and the inter lock shaft by penetrating the carrier; a first solar gear(A1) connected to the input shaft in the carrier; a second solar gear(A2) combined on an end of the interlock shaft by being arranged the same shaft line of the first solar gear; a first planetary gear(B1) rotating and revolving by being tooth engaged with the first solar gear; a second planetary gear(B2) tooth engaged with the second solar gear by being mounted on the same shaft line with the first planetary gear; and a shift unit(10) differently making gear ratio between the first planetary gear and the second planetary gear; and a speed control unit(30) controlling rotation speed of the interlock shaft by delivering the rotation force of the input shaft init the inter lock shaft.
