The hydraulic rotary cylinder has a hollow cylinder (1) with a rendering nozzle (41) on a pressure distribution piece (4) and between annular chambers (5,6). The nozzle extends in a duct (42) of radial direction to a duct (43) in the axial direction. Turning of the shaft (7) is effected on bearings (8,9) and the distribution piece. A direct channel to drain oil is supplied in one direction and returned thorough a duct and deposited in a hydraulic base.
