发明名称 SURFACE CLEANSING COMPOSITION FOR ZINC SILICATE BASED FLUORESCENT MATERIAL AND ZINC SILICATE BASE FLUORESCENT MATERIAL PRODUCED BY THE SAME
摘要 PURPOSE: A composition for cleansing surface of zinc silicate fluorescent material is provided to efficiently remove surface defects of the fluorescent material and to improve luminous effect by reducing manganese ion into the bivalent state. CONSTITUTION: The cleansing composition comprises ammonium compound defined NH4+X (wherein X is F-, Cl-, SO4(2-), NO3- or OH-) and hydrogen peroxide in a volume ratio of 1:1 to 50:1. Both of the components are in a 1-40% aqueous solution state. The zinc silicate fluorescent material is prepared by blending zinc compound containing 1.8-1.99 mole of zinc, silicone compound containing 0.8-1.2 mole of Si and manganese compounds containing 0.01-0.2 mole of Mn; plasticizing the combined material at 1000-1500 deg.C under air condition; cleansing the resultant material with the cleansing composition then washing it with distilled water; and drying the cleaned fluorescent material.
