PURPOSE: An Internet free telephone service using a voice advertisement is provided to raise advertisement efficiency by sending voice advertisements to a wire/wireless telephone during a certain time when a user uses the Internet free telephone service by means of the wire/wireless telephone. CONSTITUTION: PCs(23,25) connect via Internet to the opposite PC to which a user intends to call. Connectors(22,26) connect between sound cards in PC(23,25) and main bodies(21,27) in a wire/wireless telephone. An Internet server(24) connects with the PCs(23,25) to provide a telephone calling service, and sends voice advertisements through the wire/wireless telephone during a certain time when the user attempts to call to the opposite side.
