PURPOSE: A hot water circulating pad for bedding is provided to easily produce a waterway using high frequency in one process, to freely bend the waterway for easy use and to be an air cushion by injecting air into air bags. CONSTITUTION: A pad(20) comprises a hot water bag(5) and an air bag(10). The hot water bag is structured by layering an upper skin(1) and a lower skin(2) made from a plastic material with high durability, high heatproof property and high shock resistant property, to form a waterway(3). two waterways are placed in one injection port for smoothly circulating hot water. The air bag is also structured by sticking the outer circumferences of the upper and lower skins to form a hollow portion and an air injection port. The air bag is placed under the hot water bag. Thus, the pad is settled on a silk cotton(22) coated on a lower sheet(21) and a heating plate(23) and a far infrared radiator(24) are sequentially layered on the pad. Finally, a finishing material is sewed to complete a mat(30).
