PURPOSE: A reflection type LCD device is provided to reduce the number of manufacturing process when forming an LCD device having a reflective electrode of high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A gate electrode, a gate insulating layer, an active layer are formed on a substrate(1) by using the first metal. A source electrode, a drain electrode(114a), and an auxiliary electrode(114b) are formed on the active layer by using the second metal. The source electrode, the drain electrode(114a), and the auxiliary electrode(114b) are patterned and a protective layer is formed thereon. A multitude of hole(130) is formed on the protective layer. A reflective electrode(120) is formed on the protective layer including the holes(130) by using the third electrode.
