PURPOSE: A packing method of instant noodles is provided to reduce the amount of waste powder soup and the intake amount of salt thereby and to prevent environmental pollution by reducing the total quantity consumed of the powder soup with meeting the taste of various consumers. CONSTITUTION: A pack of powder soup(53), a pack of solid ingredients(55) and a coil of noodles(51) are put into a bag after a specific amount of powder soup is packed. Herein, the amount of powder soup is obtained based on consumers having the regular taste. A primary noodle packed product(60) is made. At the same time, an additional pack of powder soup is packed individually as well as the original powder soup(53). A primary additional powder soup packed product(63) is obtained. When the primary noodle packed product and the primary additional powder soup packed product are produced, the primary noodle packed product and the primary additional powder soup packed product are put into a box. Thereby, the noodles are packed secondarily with the powder soup. The noodles have the additional powder soup packed product with reducing the amount of original powder soup in the primary noodle packed product. Most of the consumers having the regular taste cook the noodles simply with the primary noodle packed product. Therefore, the intake amount of salt is reduced and the waste amount of original powder soup is reduced.
