PURPOSE: A brake valve using as a brake system for a vehicle is provided to prevent the vehicle from travelling backward by weight of the vehicle in travelling a slant after stopping. CONSTITUTION: A brake valve(200) comprises a non-magnetic cylinder shaped shaft(212); a base unit(214) fixing an end of the cylinder shaped shaft; a coil(216) sound on an outer circumference of the shaft; a through hole corresponding to an open unit; a cover(218) installed on the base unit; a coil assemblage(210) generating eletromagnetism; a non-magnetic metal body(222) forming an oil inlet hole and a screw; a connector(224) combined to a brake shoe by a hydraulic pipe to form an oil discharging hole; a holder(226) supplying oil passage by being attached to the oil inlet hole; a rubber thread(228) preventing counterflow of the oil by being inserted to the holder; an opening member(230) opening the oil passage by being arranged between the body and the oil discharging hole; and a coil spring(240) supporting the opening member by being mounted between the holder and the opening member.
