PURPOSE: Provided are a preparation method of hot stamping foil for labels and the hot stamping foil for labels produced by this method. The hot stamping foil for labels is comprised of thermoset materials and makes the labels of trade mark or company logo attach firmly to substrate (20) such as clothing, shoes, bags and caps. Conventional labels are comprised of silicon rubber with much oil and therefore have strong detachable tendency. CONSTITUTION: The hot stamping foil for labels is produced by the steps of; making label body (11) by coating thermoset silicone rubber resin in a certain shape (1) on the releasing paper, hardening by heating the label body (11) at 120-140deg.C, making heat adhesive layer (12) by coating unhardened thermoset resin on the top side of the body (11), partially hardening the thermoset resin on the heat adhesive layer (12) by heating it at 80-100deg.C and attaching releasing paper to the top of the heat adhesive layer (12).
