PURPOSE: Provided is an active magnet PAS which shows treatment effect on spots suitable for acupuncture, blood circulation promotion effect, local spasmolytic effect and ionization effect with showing the function of general PAS. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the active magnet PAS comprises the steps of: (i) mixing a pain controller, a disinfectant, a blood circulation promoting agent and a hypodermic infiltration active agent to prepare an applicable ointment(7); (ii) coating the applicable ointment on an upper plate of the PAS(6) in a certain thickness and adhering release paper(8) to the opposite side; and (iii) placing the active magnet at a certain place of an external plate of the PAS(1).
