摘要 PURPOSE: An after-cooler of a pulse tube refrigerator is provided to cut down the manufacturing costs and to obtain the compact structure of an after-cooler by simplifying the manufacturing process of the after-cooler as well as to be useful for a high-capacity refrigerator by improving the radiating performance of the after-cooler. CONSTITUTION: An after-cooler(30) is mounted between a drive unit and a regenerator of a refrigerating unit of a pulse tube refrigerator. The after-cooler is used to cool the pulse tube refrigerator by radiating high-temperature high-pressure working gas pumped from the drive unit to outside. The after-cooler has a heat exchanger(33) having plural disk-shaped radiating fins(32) inserted into the outer circumference of a tube(31) with regular pitch intervals to be integral by soldering, and a body unit(36) including a couple of opposed drive and refrigerating units(34,35) fitted to both ends of the tube. To manufacture the after-cooler, the disk-shaped radiating fins are fitted to the outer circumference of the tube with regular pitch intervals. Then, the tube is assembled with the plural radiating fins integrally by soldering. The couple of drive and refrigerating units are inserted into both ends of the tube. Therefore, the after-cooler is manufactured easily.
