PURPOSE: A bacteria resistant out-sole and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to restrict the propagation of dermatophytosis bacteria, to remove a bad smell, and to achieve the functions of acupressure and ventilation. CONSTITUTION: After resin material as a main material of a bacteria resistant out-sole is mixed with petroleum in a mixer for 30 or more minutes, copper ion, bio-ceramic ion, or a mixture thereof of 0.5 wt percent, on the basis of the resin material of 100 wt percent, and a very small amount of pigment are mixed to the resin mixture. The resultant resin mixture is completely melted and mixed by passing through a heating furnace for injection molding to produce a strand of resin mixture, and then the strand is dehydrated in a cooling water chamber before it is cut into injection resin mixture member. After that, the resin mixture member is liquified by passing through a heating plate having a discharge screw, and finally is extruded from a certain shaped mold to form the bacteria resistant out-sole.
