PURPOSE: A system and method for providing a PADUK service using the Internet is provided, in which users play an interesting game by providing a proper PADUK education to learners and estimating a technical grade through an accurate decision. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a server. The technical grade of a user is decided. A proper education is progressed in accordance with the user's technical grade. The user's technical grade is re-adjusted based on the education. An official technical grade certificate is issued based on the adjusting of the user's technical grade.
