SPRING APPARATUS FOR RETRACTABLE ANTENNA

PURPOSE: A spring apparatus for retractable antenna is provided, in which a convex type leaf spring is arranged to wrap the stopper constituting a lower end of whip antenna, to thereby achieve a smooth operation of the antenna, while allowing mass production of the antenna to be readily carried out. CONSTITUTION: A spring apparatus comprises a fixing unit(32) having a screw arranged at the outer periphery of the fixing unit and a hollow portion formed at the interior of the fixing unit, and which attaches an antenna to a terminal; a helical antenna formed integrally with the fixing unit; a whip antenna arranged to be movable in a free manner in a lengthwise direction through the helical antenna; a metallic stopper(31) arranged at the lower end of the whip antenna; and a convex type leaf spring(33) wrapping the metallic stopper, and which is supported by a contact resistance with the surface of the hollow portion of the fixing unit when the whip antenna is drawn out.
