摘要 PURPOSE: A pulse tube refrigerator is provided to simplify the structure of a pulse tube refrigerator as well as to minimize the vibration while running the pulse tube refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: High-temperature high-pressure working gas flows into a pulse tube(20) with keeping sensible heat through a regenerator(50) when the working gas is pumped out by a pump(100). The working gas is compressed in the pulse tube and supplied to a storage container(150) through a capillary tube(160). The working gas is adiabatically expanded through the capillary tube, and the temperature rises up. The working gas is expanded in the capillary tube to fill the storage container. When the pump sucks the working gas, the gas flows out of the pulse tube. The working gas is expanded in the pulse tube and, the heat is absorbed into an expander(22). The expander obtains the cryogenic state by repeating the series of processes of absorbing the heat of the working gas. A linear motor(120) in the pump generates the rectilinear reciprocating power. The power is transferred to a piston(140) to pump the working gas with the piston rectilinearly reciprocating in a cylinder(130). In the process, vibration is generated and transferred to a hermetic case(110). The vibration is transferred to a vibration absorbing unit(170) connected to the hermetic case. Therefore, the vibration absorbing unit is run to offset the vibration of the hermetic case.
