PURPOSE: A device and a method for remote car controlling using a mobile phone are provided to control various functions of car by receiving a predetermined number through a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A stage(510) and a stage(520) decode a modulation signal received from an antenna, and decode said signal as a control signal corresponding to a function control command. A stage(530) performs each function of a car, such as a starting, the operation of an air conditioner(or a heater), the operation of a radio and the operation of a wiper, by the signal decoded in said stages(510,520). Each function control is completed in said states(510,520,530) respectively, and then a stage(540) measures the performed function condition and the function condition is generated as a numeric value. A stage(550) and a stage(560) translate the numeric value, with respect to the function condition generated in each stage, into a graphic or a character, and transmit it to the corresponding mobile station.
