PURPOSE: A method for an electronic commercial transaction using the Internet is provided to enable a computer novice to buy a wanted commodity through an Internet electronic commercial transaction. CONSTITUTION: A buyer orders a commodity by a direct visit or a telephone call(ST101). The commodity is purchased in an Internet store receiving the commodity order using an electronic commercial transaction through the Internet(ST102). After the commodity is purchased, it is detected whether the buyer requests a delivery of the ordered commodity(ST103). If the buyer requests a delivery, the purchased commodity is delivered to a place designated by the buyer(ST104). A payment is performed after the commodity is delivered(ST105). If the buyer does not request a delivery, it is judged whether the commodity is delivered by a direct visit(ST106). If the buyer visits to a selling place, the commodity is delivered(ST107). A payment is performed after the commodity is delivered(ST105).
