PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing lens barrel, a camera main body and a camera system to/from which an interchangeable lens is easily attached and detached by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: Though the turning of a movable mount member 102 disposed so as to be freely relatively shifted around an optical axis and in an optical axis direction to a mount member 101 at the inside of the photographing lens barrel 100 around the optical axis is regulated by a locking member 107 when the photographing lens barrel 100 is not attached to the camera main body 200, locking is released by the locking release pawl 202 of the camera main body 200 when it is attached. Then, though the movable mount member 102 is turned by the pressing force of a turning press spring 105 and is also moved in the optical axis direction, a locking pin 106 is engaged with a shifting locking part 203 at a guide part 201c, so that it is surely mounted at the camera main body 200.
