PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochemical reaction detection chip and its substrate whereby a temperature of a biochemical reaction including hybridization can be adjusted for every reaction system on the same chip. SOLUTION: In this substrate for biochemical reaction detection chips, a plurality of islands of thermal conductors are formed on a thin film, which are separated from each other by spaces. Each of the islands is provided with a temperature regulator. This biochemical reaction chip has a probe fixed on the substrate.
