PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent thermal transfer efficiency from being lowered due to a clathrate compound of a thermal transfer heating medium and a driving heating medium in a thermal transfer equipment using different kinds of heating medium for the heat conveying heating medium and the driving heating medium. SOLUTION: A first tank T1 and a second tank T2 contain water (W) as the thermal transfer heating medium and a chlorofluorocarbon refrigerant (R) as the driving heating medium, respectively. Temperature sensors 52 are provided in upper parts of the two tanks (T1, T2). If the temperature detected by the sensor 52 of the pressure-reduced tank (T1 or T2) becomes a specified temperature or lower, solenoid valves (SV-P1, SV-P2, SV-V1, SV-V2) are switched so as to prevent the water (W) from flowing from the relevant tank (T1 or T2) to a cooling heat exchanger 28.
