SOLUTION: An inspection mechanism part 15 and a decontamination mechanism part 16 are integrally built in a case 14 in the pool water 2 in the water storage structure 1. The decontamination mechanism part 16 has an injection nozzle 21 and a suction nozzle 24. The injection nozzle 21 is supplied with high pressure water from a high pressure water supply tank 13 through a high pressure hose 22, and the inner surface and bottom face of the water storage structure 1 are decontaminated with the high pressure water. The quality of decontamination is judged by the inspection mechanism part 15. Decontaminated water sucked by the suction nozzle 24 is passed through a cyclone separator 26 and a filter 9 to eliminate solid components contained in the water. The inspection mechanism part 16 is provided with a two-dimensional general-purpose camera, a three dimensional camera, and a probe of an ultrasonic detector or a vortex flow detector.
