PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and equipment for controlling a permanent magnet synchronous motor coupled with a turbine engine, in such a manner that a transient current and a stationary current become minimum. SOLUTION: This control method has a process, where a voltage offset value, a low rated speed value, a high rated speed value, a first target speed for warming up the turbine engine, and torque sufficient to accelerate the engine up to a rated speed, without the assistance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor 8 are made functions of a second target speed which the turbine engine generates, and acceleration characteristic of the motor 8 is determined with respect to a prescribed DC bus voltage. |
